I am the Wildlife Health Technician at Cornell Wildlife Health Lab, where I process eDNA samples to detect diseases or cryptic species from environmental samples. I have broad interests in applying molecular tools to the field of conservation, and I am excited to use these methods to study the dynamics of disease in wildlife populations. Previously, I have used eDNA to study the vertebrate biodiversity in tropical rain forests and invasive species in terrestrial systems. I have a BS in Ecology, Evolution, and Natural Resources from Rutgers University.
